The Dominio de Punctum winery is located in the northern part of the La Mancha region at an altitude of nearly 700 meters. It is renowned for the uniqueness and exclusivity of its wines, crafted using organic and biodynamic practices.
The Fernández Family, owners and founders of the winery with the “Finca Fabián,” a vast family estate with over 200 hectares of vineyards, boasts decades of experience in viticulture. However, it was the eighth generation, represented by siblings Jesús Fernández and winemaker Ruth Fernández, that decided to press and bottle their own grapes, guiding the entire wine production process in an organic and biodynamic manner.
